I was once Inflatables and Offcuts of Canopy - Handmade Adult's Smaller Backpack

This small backpack is made made from broken inflatables and off cuts of canopy, that were all going to waste. The materials are really difficult to recycle. I have stitched off cuts of inflatables on this backpack, not only is this using the off cuts but also making it truly unique.  Handmade in Cornwall, this item has some circular patterns, alongside additional decorative stitching. There is also decorative stitching on the back of this bag along with some love heart shapes. The off cuts of canopy comes from a company who makes canopies and these are the off cuts that would otherwise go to waste. 

With a fold-down top, this bag is secured by a sturdy plastic clip and includes a small carry handle and two adjustable straps for comfortable wear. A punctured inner tube has been cleverly repurposed to hold the webbing straps on the section by the clip. Perfect for your essentials, it’s a stylish way to support upcycling!

Dimensions & Fit:
- When Closed: Approx. 14” high, 10 ” wide at the top and tapering to 6” at the base which is 3 3/4" wide and tapers up. 
- When Open: Expands up to 19 1/2” high when fully unfolded.
- Straps: Adjustable to a maximum of 32" slightly shorter than my other backpacks but these are adjustable and will go smaller (please ensure this will be a good fit for you as these are all handmade).

The base’s tapered design provides extra room, while the boxy structure keeps things organised. As each bag is made mostly from upcycled material, the bag’s shape and stitching are delightfully unique and may include slight, natural irregularities.

Please note, as this item is hand made with off cut materials, there may be signs of wear and markings. These items are not waterproof and intended as a purse only. Not everything is precise but this is the beauty of the product. Some items may be slightly wonky and not exactly straight, including how the corners have turned out due to the thickness and durability of material. Item may contain PVC. All measurements are as accurate as I can get them but approximate. We try and reuse as much material as we can, but other components used on these items such as zips and webbing straps are not always repurposed, but they are where ever I can get them and will state if they have been repurposed.
