Flotsam Flo Return Policy
At Flotsam Flo, we want you to love what you buy. If something’s not right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and unworn

All original tags must be attached

Items must not be damaged or show signs of use

You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
We do not accept returns on Gift Cards or custom-made items (unless faulty).
To start a return, email us at flotsamflo@yahoo.com. Please wait for us to respond before sending anything back. Once acknowledged, return your item to:

Please include your name, proof of purchase, and contact details in the package.
UK Returns & Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To do this, just email us within the 14-day window.
You’ll need to return the item in its original condition (unused, tags attached), and cover return postage costs unless agreed otherwise. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund, including any standard delivery charges you originally paid, within 14 days.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Exchanges
To exchange, please return the item as above. Once we’ve received and checked it, you can place a new order for your replacement. Return postage is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it takes longer than 15 business days to appear in your account, please contact your bank, then get in touch with us if needed.
