Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control. Please note: We can only ship to the address provided to us on the original order.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all regions of England, Scotland, and Wales. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, international destinations, or EU countries.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 business days). Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Up to £12: £2.45
- £12.01 to £60: £3.45
- £60.01 to £125: £4.99
- Above £125.01: £11.80
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the UK, including Northern Ireland.
This decision reflects the upcoming EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), effective December 13, 2024. The GPSR imposes additional requirements for product safety compliance, including testing, documentation, and risk assessment for items sold in the EU. Due to these complexities, we are unable to offer international shipping or shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at flotsamflo@yahoo.com with your name and order number.
