Booking a Talk or Workshop

By booking Flotsam Flo for a talk, workshop or creative session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Requirements

Flotsam Flo delivers inspiring talks and occasional workshops for schools, businesses, community groups and organisations.

The content, format and requirements of each session will be agreed in advance with the organiser, including timings, audience requirements, venue arrangements and any equipment needed.

Health & Safety

Where workshops or practical activities are included, participants should follow any safety guidance provided by Flotsam Flo.

Organisers are responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for the event and that any relevant safeguarding or accessibility requirements have been communicated in advance.

Flotsam Flo holds appropriate public liability insurance.

Photography and Video

Photography or video may occasionally be taken during talks or workshops for promotional purposes.

If photographs or videos are taken, attendees or organisers will be informed. If you do not wish to be included, please let Flotsam Flo know before the event.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, both parties will communicate as soon as reasonably possible to agree the next steps.

Any specific cancellation terms, deposits or fees will be agreed at the time of booking.
