REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel a workshop you have booked

We make an effort to reasonably price our workshops and provide excellent value. Therefore, we have a no-refund policy to guarantee that we can cover our expenses and the workshops can continue to thrive.

We understand that occasionally, unforeseen events may prevent you from attending a workshop, so one option we are pleased to offer is you can send a friend or similar in your place. We will just require their name and contact information before the workshop.

If you contact us at least 14 days before the session's start date and there are still spaces available or a workshop is scheduled, we may be able to offer you a transfer to the same workshop at a later date. If there are no available future dates, we can offer a voucher that can be used to book a workshop at a later time.

In the unlikely event that we must postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to notify you as soon as possible. Sadly, we are unable to assume any responsibility for travel or other expenses.
