This is a digital voucher and will be sent via email after purchase. You will be supplied via email with a code to use for these products.
- Use of this gift card can be redeemed only at www.flotsamflo.co.uk. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if this card or code is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.

You can use the e-gift card for full or part-payment towards any products sold on www.flotsamflo.co.uk

Gift Cards are valid for one year and this is non refundable.

Customers can check their balance on the Gift Card Page, a link on the original email. Alternatively, you can email flotsamflo@yahoo.com

If you don’t redeem the entire value of the e-gift card, the balance will remain on your e-gift card until it is used again or until it expires.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Full responsibility is taken by you, for entering the correct details within your order for any eGift Card. This includes the email address. We do not take any responsibility for loss, costs, damages, charges, other expenses, consequential losses and/or non-financial losses linked directly or in-directly from any eGift Card being delivered to an incorrect email address due to errors made in your order; or from being unable to deliver any eGift Card due to the recipient’s spam filters, firewalls or any other factors outside of our control.
- Flotsam Flo reserves the right to decline or withdraw the Gift Card at any time.
- Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
- Gift cards have a 14 day refund period, from date of receipt. After this date, they are non-refundable.
