I once was Offcuts of Material and Decommissioned Life Jacket - Adult's Smaller Cross Body Bag

Here is a Cross body bag is made mostly from Offcuts of Material and a Decommissioned Life Jacket . These materials are really difficult to recycle but they now have another use. This bag features offcuts which have been stitched onto the material, making it a little bit of a special item. The main base material of the bag is the offcuts of material (beige/grey material) and the sections of Life Jacket have been used as off cuts to stitch onto the bag. There is even the original reflective section from the Life Jacket and a smaller zipped pocket on the front of the bag! Due to the nature of the material there may be some slight wrinkles in the material. This item has been handmade in Cornwall. 

This bag has an adjustable strap. Therefore, it can be a shoulder type bag or a crossbody bag, depending on the length you need so please check measurements below. The bag has a zip that is approx 9 1/2” and this is the approximate width of the bag. The height of the bag is 11” approximately.  the pocket on the front of the bag is approx 9 1/2" across x 7" high. The webbing strap is adjustable but at its longest is 65” approx and shortest is 56". The strap is 1” wide. Due to the nature of material, the main zip may not close tightly (please see pictures).

Please note, due to the material the zip may not close 100% tight, please see pictures.  As this item is hand made with upcycled and repurposed materials, there may be signs of wear and markings. This item is not waterproof and intended as a pouch only - it is no longer a safety device. Not everything is precise but this is the beauty of the product. Some items may be slightly wonky and not exactly straight, including how the corners have turned out due to the thickness and durability of material. This item may contain PVC and other plastics. All measurements are as accurate as I can get them but approximate. We try and upcycle as much material as we can, but other components used on these items such as zips and webbing straps are not always repurposed and are new items, but they are where ever I can get them. It will state if items are reused if not they are new.
